FOOD RESCUE
The Missoula Food Bank can accept surplus food that is prepared in a commercial kitchen and held at a safe temperature as long as it doesn’t make it out to the buffet line or served to a customer.
The Poverello Center can accept surplus food if it’s taken there the same day it was prepared.
